We are looking for a Clinical Sample Analysis Associate II to join our exceptional team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. Key Responsibilities





  • Conduct accurate analysis of clinical samples using advanced laboratory equipment and techniques.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and timelines, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of results.

  • Effectively implement and perform experimental protocols and procedures with a focus on accuracy and precision.

  • Generate and analyze data, meticulously documenting observations and results to maintain data integrity.

  • Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior associates, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and development.

  • Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing innovative ideas to drive scientific advancements.


Requirements





  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or a related area of study. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

  • Proven experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on clinical sample analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and protocols.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a commitment to flawless execution.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to determine optimal solutions for complex challenges.
