This position works in collaboration with members of the Medicaid Administration Department, including leadership, to support the Medicaid line of business training and facilitation program. Under limited supervision, this position will collaborate with CCO leadership and internal and external stakeholders to coordinate efforts to meet contract deliverable and reporting deadlines and provide coordination and support for training and facilitation program needs by planning and organizing internal and external training efforts to meet regulatory requirements. This position will employ an effective and efficient organizational skill set to support departmental needs. This position will also collaborate with internal stakeholders in support of provider education strategies to improve quality or regulatory performance. Essential Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with others using departmental processes and workflows to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks and deliverables.

  • Coordinate training logistics, including correspondence with presenters and participants, technical assistance with online platforms and/or arrangements for on-site venues, material preparation, and other details as required.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop content and utilize Articulate 360 Storyline and RISE software to create online training resources for provider audiences.

  • Implement workflows to procure continuing education credits for course offerings and complete associated reporting requirements.

  • Utilize Learning Management Software to register participants, launch training, track participation, maintain accurate participant records, and report progress.

  • Utilize Microsoft Teams to track workflows, manage tasks, and communicate with team members regarding shared projects.

  • Support departmental strategies and commitments by working across internal departments and external partners to coordinate training logistics, gather and compile data, and manage the annual training calendar.

  • Create, maintain, store, and track training materials, including the training content, participation details, and evaluations of the training program.

  • Ensure that the required documentation of training, attendance, and evaluations are gathered, summarized, and compiled for submission to the State, per contract deliverable and reporting requirements.

  • Maintain collaborative partnerships with key PacificSource departments and leaders.

  • Assume a supporting role in working with providers, the State, and other partners.




Supporting Responsibilities:



  • Perform day-to-day tasks for the Medicaid Administration department as needed.

  • Meet department and company performance and attendance expectations.

  • Facilitate the provision of excellent customer service to members, providers, employers, agents, and other external and internal customers.

  • Follow the PacificSource privacy policy and HIPAA laws and regulations concerning confidentiality and security of protected health information.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.




SUCCESS PROFILE




Work Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in program coordination is required. Experience in healthcare, managed care, and/or learning and development or course content development preferred.



Education, Certificates, Licenses: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.



Knowledge: Excellent organizational skills demonstrating efficient documentation methods. Demonstrated successful communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to be nimble in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines. Demonstrated skills with the following software: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), SharePoint, Learning Management Systems, Articulate 360 Storyline and RISE software, and data analytics software.
