The Role: Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Sr. Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Accounts Payable Sr. Analyst will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all accounts payable activities.



What You'll Do



  • Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.

  • Match purchase order invoices accurately.

  • Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices.

  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions.

  • Maintain accurate vendor records and manage vendor inquiries.

  • Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare accounts payable reports.

  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.

  • Monitor and analyze accounts payable aging reports.

  • Support internal and external audits related to accounts payable.


What You'll Bring



  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $59,000 to $73,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
