What to Expect:

Pay: $16.07 - $17.40 (Base pay + Shift Differentials) with advance to $18.27+ possible within first year

Schedules Available:

• Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-1030pm


• Tuesday-Saturday 4pm-1230am


• Sunday-Thursday 10am-630pm


• Thursday-Monday 8am-430pm


• Saturday- Wednesday 4pm-1230am

Premium Pay:

Evening Premium Pay (3p-11p) is 8%

Day Weekend Premium Pay is 8%

Evening Weekend Premium Pay is 16%

You will:

• Drive the company vehicle


• Transfer blood and blood products from Vitalant to hospitals and clinics


• Transfer blood and blood products from Vitalant Donor Centers or Blood Drives to Tempe Distribution Center


• Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals


• Maintain accurate records


• Follow safe driving protocols


• Maintain adherence to attendance policy

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED Required


• Valid in-state driver's license Required


• Six months of customer service experience required


• Professional driving experience preferred


• Able to lift 40lbs
