The Transformative Projects Manager - Global Strategic Account Program for Cytiva is responsible for large global transformative projects with our Strategic Accounts.




This position is part of the Global Strategic Account Management Program with worldwide footprint, and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.





What you will do:




  • Project Planning, Initiation, Execution & Monitoring- by defining project charter, goals and deliverable with comprehensive project plans and liaison to Governance committees. Coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery, and Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.




  • Client Relationship Management - Serving a primary contact for clients through the project lifecycle and ensuring stakeholders satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.




  • Innovation & Change Management - Advocate for and implement innovative solutions that drive organizational change, navigating and addressing resistance to change, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.




  • Quality, Risk and constraint management - Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with defined specifications, through Identifying, documenting, and managing project risks and issues. Keeping in mind proper resource allocation to avoid project delays.




  • Documentation and Reporting - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and customer communications through the project lifecycle and ensure proper project closure including post-project evaluations to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements and next steps.







Who you are:




  • Bachelor's degree in a life science related field




  • Prefer 5+ years' experience in project and/or program management, preferably in the biotechnology industry




  • Good leadership and organizational skills with ability to align program objectives with Governance goals through strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing complex networks and high-profile client relationships.




  • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., MSP, Agile, Six Sigma) and ability to manage large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders across different geographies in a changing environment.




  • Ability to lead, energize, and influence a broad spectrum of diverse teams to achieve exceptional performance, including Understanding of international business environments and cultural considerations.




  • Understand the life sciences, biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industry and market trends, as well as readily assimilate technical knowledge to drive collaborations.






It would be a plus if you if you also possess previous experience in:




  • Experience with large global customers would be a plus.

The salary range for this role is 107,000 - 150,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.



This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
