RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA.

Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing team in executing various strategies and campaigns aimed at promoting brand awareness, driving engagement, and achieving business objectives. This role involves coordinating projects, managing timelines, and supporting the development and implementation of marketing materials. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination:


  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials

  • Track the performance of campaigns and provide reports to management

Content Creation:

  • Help create marketing collateral, including blog posts, email newsletters, social media content, and promotional materials

  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance

  • Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative ways to increase engagement

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights

  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance data and generating insights for future strategies

Event Coordination:

  • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities

  • Coordinate logistics and promotional materials for events

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update the marketing calendar, tracking deadlines, events, and promotional activities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing vendor relationships and processing invoices







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, MailChimp)

  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
