RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking a Level 2 Portfolio Operations Specialist to join their team on a 12-month contract to hire basis. There is a strong preference for local candidates. We will only consider fully remote if no strong local candidates are found.

Summary:
The Portfolio Operations Specialist is responsible for managing one of more functional areas of Portfolio Operations within a product led organization that include the following but not limited to capital allocation, capital budget governance, operating budget governance, capacity management, vendor performance governance and contracts management. The Portfolio Operations Specialist will demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Under general supervision of a Portfolio Ops Manager and in conjunction with the Principal Portfolio Ops Manager, The Portfolio Operations Specialist will lead and direct activities related to one or more Portfolio Operations function while also building expertise in other functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-7 years of overall experience


• Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget


• Proven problem solving and organizational skills


• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels with the organization


• Should be able to participate in audits and other functionally related activities


• Should develop a mindset of driving data driven decisions and support other stakeholders in the same as well

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
