RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
The Business Analyst will bolster the existing analytical team's capabilities by focusing on data trend analysis within existing reporting/datasets and flagging outliers for review, setting up monitoring capabilities for future events. Additionally, the individual will be able to review large sets of emails from associates in the field and group them into 'like' concerns for further evaluation by other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst will analyze flat sets of data and set up monitoring systems


• Interpret data to provide insights on shrink concerns and trends


• Work with data tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and SQL


• As a Business Analyst, you will understand and analyze information from the field to identify trends and address concerns


• Collaborate with the team as needed, while being self-driven

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL); Ability to write custom SQL queries


• Ability to understand and interpret data effectively


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently


• Go getter personality


• Retail industry background preferred


• Experience in AP is not required but is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
