Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager on a permanent basis.

Duties include:

• Accounts Payable Manager will oversee the timely and accurate processing of invoices for both domestic and international vendors


• Manage invoice approvals and coding, ensuring appropriate workflow routings and expediting as necessary; resolve any AP aging and unapproved invoices


• Lead the annual 1099 process for multiple legal entities


• Supervise AP email inboxes to ensure team members address inquiries promptly and accurately


• Assist with the month-end close process by calculating and reviewing accruals


• As an AP Manager, you will ensure the establishment and effective operation of internal controls


• Train, motivate, and evaluate accounts payable staff in a collaborative and supportive environment


• Mentor and develop the team, setting high standards for work quality


• Continuously review and enhance the AP process and function, including efficiencies within the ERP system

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree required


• 7+ years of Accounts Payable experience


• 4+ years of management experience


• Excellent communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
