Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer in Juno Beach, FL.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Graphic Designer to support our Digital Advocacy team as a contingent worker within the Marketing & Communications department. This designer will be instrumental in crafting compelling and visually stunning ads tailored for social media platforms, aiming to drive engagement and influence our target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design, an understanding of social media trends, and the ability to translate complex ideas into captivating visuals.

As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will work cross-functionally to develop compelling visuals for multiple channels. Working alongside a collaborative and driven team, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, where every action you take has a tangible and meaningful impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics and ad content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and more


• Create multiple versions of content that can be used across different platforms and formats to ensure our message reaches and engages the audience wherever they are


• Collaborate with the Digital Advocacy team to understand campaign objectives and create visual assets that align with strategic goals


• Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across different platforms


• As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field


• Proven experience (3+ years) as a graphic designer, with a focus on social media advertising


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools


• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirements


• Experience in creating adaptable content that can be repurposed for various channels and formats


• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout


• Ability to create engaging animations and GIFs is a plus


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams


• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle feedback and revisions constructively


• Demonstrated experience in creating successful social media ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions


• A portfolio showcasing a variety of social media ad designs and creative projects

Goals and Objectives:

• Drive brand awareness and audience engagement through visually compelling social media ads


• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's branding and strategic messaging


• Continuously innovate and improve the visual impact of our social media campaigns

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
