Overview
The Quality Analyst is responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects.
Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of our business to enable effective test planning and execution.
Analyze complex functional requirements, perform research on current processes and design to help identify requirement discrepancies, gaps, and risks.
Develops test strategies, test plans, test cases, test coverage, and test execution reports that support Quality Assurance testing documentation required by change controls.
Executes functional, integration, and regression testing.
Creates and maintain quality assurance testing library for functional, integration and regression testing.
Adheres to and comply with IT General Controls.
Works with software development team to ensure solutions are testable and meet business expectations.
Collaborates with software engineers to aid on application improvements and bug corrections.
Efficiently isolates, replicates, manages, and validates bugs.
Provides feedback and recommendations on software process improvements.
Helps facilitate User Acceptance testing.
Provides testing guidance for Non-QA testers.
Assists other teams to troubleshoot application issues in production and or in non-production environments.
Manages deadlines and priorities, delivering high quality results under pressure.
Identifies areas for test improvement through analysis, experience and use of metrics.
Manages QA test environment.
Performs daily and weekly audits.
Qualifications
Ability to learn quickly and apply new techniques to solve problems practically.

Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or ISTQB Certified Tester preferred.
Minimum 4 years QA Testing experience in environments using technologies such as C#, .NET, PHP, Angular.
ISTQB Certified Tester preferred
Experience with Azure DevOps.
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle Management through waterfall and agile methodologies.
Experience writing reusable test cases with Azure devops test management tool.
Experience with API Validation/Testing.
Experience writing complex SQL queries for backend data validation and test data creation.
Experienced ETL tester.
Experience configuring test environments.

The system will be objective and non-discriminatory. Pay Range: $64,534-$101,269 Pay Grade: 10
