Overview

Are you an experienced network engineer looking to advance your career? Join VectorUSAs growing technical team as a Senior Network Engineer. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain complex network systems that support both VectorUSA and our customers business operations. You will bring expertise in LAN/WAN/WLAN environments, ensuring the stability and performance of diverse client networks. To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of five years of experience, hold a CCNP certification, and possess hands-on experience with Cisco Voice (CUCM and UCCX), along with Aruba networking technologies.

What Your Typical Day Will Be:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and VoIP
• Install, configure, and upgrade network hardware and firmware, including Aruba wireless controllers and access points
• Document all work actions per company and client standards, using tools such as Microsoft Visio and Excel
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party service providers to resolve complex technical issues
• Perform systems testing and troubleshooting across diverse networking systems
• Provide 24/7 support for critical systems, with potential for night, weekend, or on-call shifts
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to The Table:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on network engineering experience
• CCNP certification is required
• Expertise in Cisco Voice (CUCM and UCCX)
• Strong working knowledge of Aruba wireless solutions, including controllers, access points, and switches
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and Quality of Service (QoS)
• Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting network technologies such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel in high-pressure environments
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects independently
• Ability to work on varied shifts and participate in an on-call rotation when necessary

Preferred Experience:

• Additional certifications in Cisco or Aruba products
• Experience with Fortinet networking products
