Job Description
An Assembler is responsible for completing the following tasks:
Perform all necessary assembly routines before and after equipment has been painted
Read and interpret blueprint detail drawings and dimension styles
Install parts and sub-assemblies prior to and after the painting process
Install drive and pulleys
Update paperwork to reflect any changes
Operate equipment safely - Overhead Crane, Ironworker, small Band Saw, Drill Presses, Jancey drills, Cutting Torch, and other equipment, as required
Operate forklift according to safe operating procedures, including acquisition and maintenance of training certificate
Test-run completed equipment prior to shipment
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Read 1/8" , 1/16", and 1/32" gradations on tape measure
Convert feet to inches and vice versa
Welding experience helpful
