Job Title: Supply Manager - Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
Team: Acquisition Team, Supply
Duties:
- Lead the acquisition of high-quality, in-demand experiences hosted by expert hosts.
- Manage the supply acquisition funnel and work with vendors to meet monthly supply goals.
- Support teams and projects to bring new supply to the platform.

Project Management: Oversee development, planning, and execution of supply acquisition projects.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated with trends in entertainment and travel industries.

Talent & Supply Sourcing: Source and conduct early outreach with experience hosts.

Review Leads: Ensure vendor-sourced leads meet quality guidelines.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and provide regular updates.

Lead Meetings: Manage supply acquisition projects and team milestones.

Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation.

Visual Communication: Create compelling visual communications and presentations.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive collaboration across stakeholders and senior leadership.

Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage sourcing and acquisition professionals.

Sales Guidance & Training: Support vendor training and create acquisition guidebooks.

Attend Experiences: Attend a minimum of 3 experiences per month.
Experience:
- 12+ years in creative development, editorial sourcing, and supply acquisition.
- Experience in project management, experiential travel, or marketing development.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in entertainment design, creative advertising, event production, or related fields.
Additional Skills:
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Technical proficiency with project management tools.
