Job Description:
Location: Paramus, NJ
Salary: $24.00 USD Hourly - $25.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Temp Accounting Specialist. This position will sit on site 2 days per week in Paramus, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable per company guidelines and schedule
- Issue and maintain Purchase Order records
- Post invoices or bills for payment
- Assist with General Journal entries and Travel/Expense processing
- Perform administrative tasks (filing, scanning, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Some college or Associate Degree with 1-2 years of Accounting experience
- Familiar with financial systems (Sage, Concur)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
