Description: Our Client Is Currently Seeking A Sales Support Coordinator in Exton, PA. Company Has a Fantastic Reputation and Looking For Someone Who Will Help Support The Sales Team. This Is An Onsite Position.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and concerns with clients in a timely manner
Provide estimated ship dates and tracking information to clients
Proactively communicate with distributors about stock levels, lead times, and potential delays to manage expectations
Contribute to organic sales growth by scheduling calls with distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and promote new products
Provide reports outlining the sales pipeline and closed business with existing clients
Negotiate details of orders and payments and prepare sales order forms
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
Use of CRM to view account structure and accuracy of Sales Rep input
Qualifications & Requirements:
BS Degree or AA Degree Preferred
4+ years experience working in a project or sales coordinator role
Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with technical sales concepts and product demonstrations is a plus
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and team members
