A Day in the Life
This employee will lead process updates, training programs, CAPAs and aid in audits as needed in support of Customer Quality Enterprise functions (Complaint Handling and Regulatory Reporting, Corrections & Removals (FCA and PHO).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).


• Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.


• Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.


• Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.


• Collects data to identify root cause of problems.


• Measures performance against process requirements.


• Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.


• Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.


• May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.


• Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.


• Communicates team progress.


• Performs cost and benefit analyses.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. • 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

• Project Management Experience


• FCA or PHO (Corrections and Removals) experience - execution, process, or project based


• Complaint Handling Experience - execution, process, or project based


• Quality Management Systems (Document Control) experience - execution, process or project based.


• Other roles in quality or regulatory affairs as a project leader (formal or informal)


• Medical device


• CAPA owner (Corrective/Preventive Action Processes)


• Training systems experience (more applicable is experience in assigning and governance of training - versus content creation)


• Quick Learner, able to apply learnings from the above experiences to new process areas to fill in gaps.


• Able to work independently with confidence and appropriate sense of when to escalate to ensure quality results


• Strong sense of collaboration and problem-solving

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$86,400 - $129,600

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
