Were looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to help our portfolio of travel companies continue growing their online presence. You will play a crucial role in marketing 10+ vacation rental companies across multiple markets, creating and sharing a mix of posts/reels.

The ideal person will be organized and creative, able to come up with new marketing ideas and see them through to successful execution.

While we are a fully remote team, we keep core business hours and connect with regular Teams calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for 10+ vacation rental companies across multiple markets Create and curate engaging content (posts, reels, stories) tailored to each brand's audience and platform (Facebook, IG, some tiktok) Manage and maintain social media calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting across all platforms Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure performance and optimize content strategies Collaborate with email, blog, and PPC teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel marketing campaigns Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
