Job Description



As a Training Coordinator you will be responsible for the administrative task to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of training. The training coordinator will oversee the administrative responsibilities of training and deployment of our virtual learning content. Our ideal candidate will be both knowledgeable of Microsoft office suite, have prior experience managing a LMS system, and confident in front of all groups of people.



GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.


  • Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.


  • Training Follow up: Gather feedback and evaluate information from employees and management on previous trainings to identify opportunities.


  • Inform employees on scheduled training and track team member progress.


  • Maintain in-house training materials and recommend training for on-going team members.


  • Coordinate Onboarding Training and Facilitate Onboarding "computer-based training."


  • Communicate directly with Team Leaders to schedule and coordinate training needs.


  • Design and prepare educational aids and materials as needed.


  • Conduct and Facilitate trainings for internal team members.





REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Education: Associates Degree Accepted, Bachelor's Degree Preferred, or 5+ years of experience working with Articulate360, Storyline, Learning Management System


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to create professional level documentation using Excel, Word, Power Point, and Teams required.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


  • Ability to work in a team-based environment but also be a self-starter





WORKING CONDITIONS



This is currently a remote-based position in which work will be completed during normal business hours (approximately 8:30am - 5:00pm).
