Description:
Conduct outbound calls to individuals who have signed up for paid market research opportunities, screening and scheduling participants.
Utilize a provided contact list and screening script, with calls ranging from 5 to 20 minutes per person.
Screen potential participants to determine eligibility for specific market research projects, then schedule qualifying individuals for their next steps.
Work with a large database of over 100,000 contacts, using CRM software for data entry.
Ideal candidates are articulate, friendly, punctual, and able to work a full 40-hour week.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Friendly, professional demeanor, articulate and clear communication.
