Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Enterprise Fraud Business Analyst. As a Principal consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations Primarily responsible for the configuration of solutions for customers using company products, outsourced solutions and/or proprietary tools/techniques implemented by others. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global payment landscape.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC / Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area.. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.

  • E xperience in software engineering, release planning, change management and/or configuration management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of experience in software engineering, release planning, change management and/or configuration management.

  • Enterprise Fraud Functional Understanding.

  • Experience with problem solving and trouble shooting in a large complex environment

  • Experience in test planning / oversight.

  • Ability to benchmark test plans against requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills, and document authoring skills.

  • Experience with the Enterprise Fraud database schema.

  • Experience with Oracle SQL.

  • Java and Web services.

  • Good analytical skills.

  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

  • Ability to lead the team technically and solve team issues.

  • Work with offshore team in scheduling, planning and prioritizing of work requests.

  • Prior Enterprise Fraud experience.


The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
