Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Create roadmaps and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and avoid duplication. Define and track key metrics to measure success across multiple products and teams.

  • Collect and validate higher-level, more complex product requirements, ensuring a solid understanding of the relevant products. Review and verify requirements gathered within the team.

  • Oversee multiple medium to high complexity products and features from inception through completion.

  • Communicate key messages and updates regarding products within the area of responsibility.

  • Work closely with design teams to ensure a unified user vision and experience, aligned with long-term goals and an understanding of the design process.

  • Convert product requirements into technical details, building use cases and user stories, and communicating them effectively.

  • Manage multiple prioritized backlogs of user stories, focusing on business value or return on investment.

  • Use both qualitative and quantitative data, along with industry best practices, to guide product decisions.

  • Leverage experience and knowledge across various business areas to provide expert recommendations, supported by data and analytics.

  • Assess and document current and future states across moderately complex processes and areas, using analysis to address issues and propose solutions.

  • Assist in coordinating test plans and ensuring successful delivery of solutions, participating in business sign-off for medium to large efforts.

  • Apply project management skills to advance work and ensure successful completion.

  • Lead daily Scrums, Sprint Planning sessions, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 6-8 years of experience, with at least 6 in Product Management, and experience working with agile teams.

  • Preferred knowledge: formal business analysis, engineering, or testing experience; familiarity with BI tools; certification or experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master; leadership or mentorship experience.

  • Strong preference for experience in institutional investment or financial services.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, with excellent communication, time management, project management, and business acumen, along with high emotional intelligence.

  • Previous experience in research, early leadership exposure, and ability to translate product needs into technical requirements, while navigating ambiguity.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence outcomes and manage conflict and decision-making.

  • Ability to solve moderately complex problems with a broad impact on the business, requiring innovative and conceptual thinking.
