Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 4 in Redmond, WA.

Summary:
The client is looking for a Part-Time Senior Program Manager to drive and deliver senior executive-level communications, internal programs, employee engagement, and special projects, and to function as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to internal stakeholders. This exciting and high visibility role supports the Global Media and Partnerships Chief of Staff, Corporate Vice President and the broader Global Media and Partnerships Team.

Typical Day in the Role:

• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is responsible for all of the paid advertising; The global media and partnerships team is a new team with a new leader


• Key projects: This role will contribute to the SharePoint site, Teams channel, change management, internal and external stakeholders, cross team collaboration, build out the communication framework


• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 30% meetings and 70% individual work time; Logistics work, coordinating, update SharePoint, rhythm of business

REQUIREMENTS:

• No degree is required to be eligible for this role


• 8+ overall years of experience in the field


• Minimum 8 years of experience with SharePoint


• Minimum 8 years of experience with Microsoft 365 suite


• Minimum 8 years of experience with (nice to have/huge plus) PowerPoint with deck building and deck creation


• 6+ years of experience with Program Management


• The ideal resume would contain media experience in planning or buying; Experience going through a change management process; Experience in leading high visibility C-Suite level projects


• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on hitting the deadlines, communicating the deadlines, quality of work, and accuracy of the work; Able to work in a fast-paced environment; Familiar with the pace on how tech moves

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
