Job Description:

Ardurra is seeking a Licensed Engineer with 8 or more years of experience to join our Water Resources team as a Project Manager!

Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Prefer Master’s degree in Civil Engineering

  • Idaho PE License or ability to obtain within six months of hire

  • 8+ years’ experience in the civil engineering field

  • Extensive hydraulic design and construction experience in municipal, transportation, and/or water resources

  • Experience in 1D& 2D hydraulic models to evaluate impacts of structures on flooding.

  • Develop hydrologic models to predict flood recurrence intervals and flood volumes.

  • Prepares studies, reports, plans, and specifications for a wider variety of projects

  • Strong computer skills a plus including experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation

  • Ability to lead existing staff and develop new staff as needed to support growth of the water resources group

  • Proven writing and design skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment

  • Detail oriented and excellent time management skills

                Physical Requirements 



                • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

                • Ability to navigate various locations and settings of the company

                • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

                • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle


                Salary Range


                $100,000 to $150,000 (DOE)
