Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join their Subscriptions Product team. This team is responsible for building and maintaining complex software systems that cater to our client's subscription services, including but not limited to membership plans, protection plans, and software/streaming services. The Sr. Product Manager will play a pivotal role in modernizing our systems while maintaining business continuity from a data and reporting perspective.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners (internal and external) to understand their business problems and use this understanding to drive platform priorities and delivery
- Articulate clear goals and outcomes, and create a roadmap for maintaining business continuity while improving billing subscriptions
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of subscription billing features
- Define and document product epics and stories, and manage a prioritized backlog
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure story content is understood and the acceptance criteria are clear and complete
- Drive resolution of requirements clarifications between engineering team, other technology teams, and business stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Experience and good understanding of handling billing applications including invoicing, taxation, payments, refunds, finance, and controllership

Preferred Skills:
- CSPO certification
- High level of comfort with technology and its development
- Ability to prioritize and focus on product features that can drive maximum impact with minimal resources
