Responsibilities
Your shift will either be from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 3:30 PM - 12 AM CST. For either shift, you are also required to work your chosen shift every Sunday.
Takes incoming calls from injured workers seeking medical attention from doctors.
Ensures injured workes have all the necessary paperwork to seek treatment.
Provides administrative processes support for routine "back office" tasks such as data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings.

Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $16.00 - $17.00 hourly and will be based on a number of additional factors, including skills, experience, and education.
