POSITION PURPOSE
This position will be the Finance resource for BAC's Milford, DE facility. The Plant Controller will co-own the financial performance of the site, by partnering with the plant manager and site staff, by understanding and optimizing cost structure, identify opportunities to improve EBITDA performance, and by leading individual projects. Additionally this position will have overall financial responsibility for the plant including internal controls, forecasting/budgeting, reporting, and capital spending. This role could also support Americas-wide projects on an as-needed basis in coordination with other member of the Finance organization.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
NATURE AND SCOPE
The Plant Controller will report to the BAC Finance Director. As part of the Finance Department, the Plant Controller will have a high level of interaction with Corporate Finance, Operations, and other groups within the business. The position will be based in Milford, DE facility but will require occasional travel to other BAC locations.
