This job will have the following responsibilities:
Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs while applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials
Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements
Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished product and process capabilities and establishing standards.
Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services
Provides Engineering information by answering questions and requests
Lead CAPA related efforts for the technology platform
Participates in capital requisition proposals and projects
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
3-5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing or Engineering environment required.
Proven Project Management experience
Strong analytical skills
Strong leadership skills working in a collaborative environment.
Must Be Ok With Working On-site
