PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Weigh and cook ingredients according to the directions. Complete Travelers (lot numbers & weights).Test and record ph, brix, moisture and size.Maintain ingredient inventories and rotate stock.Complete Food Handling Training & Test.Labeling finished product.
