Maintenance Tech 3rd Shift at Hydro-Gear's Princeton KY plant.
As a Maintenance Technician you will not be doing the same thing every day in supporting production with repairs and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Core Responsibilities of Maintenance Technicians:
Installs and repairs manufacturing machinery and other mechanical equipment for productionResponds quickly to troubleshoot equipment, fixtures, fittings, etc. Conducts Preventative Maintenance on scheduled basisFollows LOTO and Arc Flash Safety procedures
Qualifications for Maintenance Technicians:
Associates degree or technical school degree/certificate and 2 or more years related experience and /or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Reading and interpreting blueprintsInstalling and operating machinery and technical equipmentHas working knowledge of
CNC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, PLCs, robotics, pneumatic systems
Good verbal and written communication
Summary: In this role as a Maintenance Tech, you will diagnose and repair damaged or malfunctioning manufacturing equipment using hand tools provided by Hydro-Gear! Our Maintenance Techs work on cutting edge manufacturing technologies including robotics, vision systems, automation, electrical controls, and more. In addition to repairing and maintaining equipment, you will be performing scheduled preventative maintenance activities.
You will be an important part of our team that keeps Hydro-Gear going strong. Maintaining reliability in our equipment keeps our coworkers safe and provides our customers with quality products delivered on-time.
