<span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">As the <b>Health Senior Engineer - Dynamics CRM</b>, you will bring a comprehensive approach to software development across the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product, workflows, and services. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions that enhance our customer relationships, improve Data quality and business processes. Your role is crucial in driving the desired outcomes for seamless Agent experiences across our multiple lines of businesses. You will harmonize business requirements by conducting code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality <span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">software solutions that meet the highest standards of quality.<br><br>This role is <strong>remote eligible</strong>, which means you would work virtually from home or another US based non-Best Buy Health location.</span></span></span></span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial=""><b>What you'll do</b></span></span></span></span><ul><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">Monitor and optimize Dynamics CRM systems performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">Champion a quality-driven mindset, providing insights on quality/risk tradeoffs throughout the product lifecycle</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions that enhance our customer relationships and improve business processes</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">Mentor team members on development best practices, techniques, and foster a quality-centric culture through collaboration</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">Validate business requirements by transforming them into well-defined technical tasks for efficient execution in sprints</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">Triage issues, manage defects, and work closely with Product and Quality team members to resolve bugs and ensure quality across the Dynamics Platform</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">Drive and coordinate the work performed by the Quality Engineering team, within onshore and offshore processes and teams.</span></span></span></span></li></ul><br><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">Basic qualifications</span></span></b></span></span><ul><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">3 years of experience with CRM platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics</span></span></span></span></li></ul><br><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">Preferred qualifications</span></span></b></span></span><br> <ul><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">5 years Software Engineering related work experience preferred</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">3 years of experience working with and understanding CRM customer service processes. </span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">3 years experience working and understanding dynamics customer engagement, field services, and lead management.</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">Experience working in a regulated environment 2 years</span></span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="">5 years experience with CRM platforms -
