As a Manager-Logistics, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing logistics unit in the performance of order placement and tracking, receiving, stocking, selecting, packing, shipping and supplier performance management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and managing a team of bargained employees consisting of Material Controllers, Fleet Mechanics, Drafters and Administrative Associates including leading regular huddles to discuss and direct assignments
  • Overseeing the flow and distribution of inventory and supplies
  • Maintaining technician work schedules; attendance management
  • Providing feedback, training, and coaching to employees
  • Evaluating and appraising employee performance
  • Interviewing, and gauging the skill level of, potential hires and transfers
  • Handling employee grievances consistent with the collective bargaining agreement at the step one level
  • Identifying and removing roadblocks to safe and efficient performance by employees; and conducting in-field safety and quality inspections to ensure employees are performing work properly and safely.
  • Act as single point of contact for virtually all customer escalations.
  • Resolve customer complaints on behalf of company
  • Serve as the organizations Fleet Manager overseeing all vehicles ensuring compliance with both internal and external policies
  • Implement warehouse practices and procedures that improve inventory accuracy, project material accountability and reduce overhead
  • Manage the budget used to procure valuable network equipment
  • Follow the Business Units Safety Plan completing all required Safety Observations and Competencies in the required timeframe


Required Experience:
  • 2-5 years relevant experience.


Desired Education:
  • High school diploma preferred


Environmental Requirements:
  • This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&Ts compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.


Our Lead Network Technology Support earns between $87,200 - $130,800 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
