Job Description:

Hall's Culligan of Cleveland, Ohio is looking for an outgoing, upbeat team member who is driven to succeed as our new Route Delivery Driver. 

As a Route Driver with Culligan, you'll be responsible for a daily route with no overnight deliveries.  Culligan has been a trusted household brand for 80 years.  Responsibilities:


  • Deliver first class customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty with the customers on established route.

  • Represent the Company and its brands professionally, knowledgeably, and positively at all times.

  • Check truck each day before leaving the warehouse to ensure it is loaded correctly and with adequate product to complete the scheduled route.

  • Complete all deliveries on route as scheduled, being sure to complete the route every day without skipping customer stops.

  • Other Duties as assigned 

Qualifications:


  • Must maintain a valid Driver’s License

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required to be successful

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to successfully pass, and maintain, a driving record check to be insurable by the Company in order to operate a company vehicle

  • Must be able to safely operate/drive a truck up to 26,001 lbs on a daily basis for approximately 8-10 hours

  • Must be able to lift up to 90lbs on a repetitive basis

  • Must remain physically capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the duties required of this position

  • 2-5 years of previous sales experience preferred

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to self-direct activities and manage time to ensure productivity

  • Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment

  • Demonstrated competency in Windows, and other software platforms

  • Outstanding “team” attitude
