Job Summary:



The Webster Bank Enterprise Risk Management team is looking for someone to serve in a support role for How2Work, the Bank's document management system for Policies, Procedures, Standards, Charters, and all other governance documentation. This individual will ensure that all users receive appropriate coaching to create and update their own documents.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Coach users to create and edit documents in the How2Work system based on incoming requests, annual reviews coming due, and workflow reporting to help users meet their deadlines.


  • Support Policy owners with updating documentation while ensuring adherence to the Policy Governance Policy.


  • Maintain How2Work instructional material based on user interactions during coaching sessions to ensure Tools Tips, Captions, and FAQs on the How2Work Portal are clear and accurate.


  • Perform cleanup edits on documentation as identified.


  • Perform control functions, as necessary.


  • Establish and edit department procedures as necessary for use by department personnel.


  • Provide back up support for all other department functions.


  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.



Experience and Skills:



  • For this position, experience with How2Work or similar document management system a plus.


  • Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.


  • Independent worker who operates with minimal supervision.


  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.


  • Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.


  • Enthusiastic team player who will motivate and work with colleagues to accomplish objectives.


  • Strong remote skills - demos, running meetings, sharing screens, etc.


The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000USD to $80,00USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
