NOVO's wide range of service programs offer a variety of options to provide a seamless, single source distribution system. NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes.

We are currently looking for a Medical Linen Consultant for our Simple brand in Atlanta, GA., to focus on new business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs and meeting a sales quota. Sales Representatives will also transport samples of products for presentations.  If you are an experienced sales leader and “hunter” with at least five (5) years of experience within the local healthcare market, we would like you to join our team! Excellent knowledge of solution and conceptual selling strategies and a track record of successfully closing service contract. Previous exposure to a robust sales skills training program highly preferred.

This position may be required to relocate after training is complete.  Although a remote position, this position requires the candidate to live in the market they will be selling in.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain senior and end user level client relationships

  • Achieve assigned sales plan.

  • Build a holistic approach and plan to establish new client relationships as well as manage client base relationships and increase revenue within new and existing accounts

  • Work in conjunction with area General Manager(s) and Client Relation Manager(s) in building strategic, in-depth account plans for each major account.

  • Target, develop and pursue new business acquisition opportunities within assigned market

  • Function as the lead in qualification process of all high-potential leads

  • Function as Leader for the assigned market team and conduct highly effective sales meetings with key decision makers

  • Function as the leader in structuring new deals, negotiating contracts and monitoring compliance

  • Increase penetration of existing accounts

  • Ensure Client Satisfaction through clearly communicated and flawless deal implementation

  • Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.

  • Support Marketing and Corporate initiatives.

  • Excellent leadership skills with a high degree of comfort around senior management

  • Outstanding negotiation and conflict management capabilities

  • Ability to quickly build credibility internally and externally to Novo

  • Excellent listening and presentation skills

  • Ability to build, motivate and lead teams towards a common goal

  • Ability to apply principles to solve practical problems and deal with situations with limited standardization

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

  • Ability to understand and apply the principles and methods of persuasive speaking, discussion and debate

  • Good to Excellent computer skills including knowledge and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Software, Internet, Email, and all Microsoft Office Products with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Travel required

  • Valid Driver’s license

Education and Training Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

  • Sales and marketing training or experience may be considered a substitute for education.
