Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute impactful content used across all social media platforms and communication channels.

2. Collaborate with marketing communications team to align content with annual strategies.

3. Leverage CRM and email marketing automation to push meaningful content to prospective and existing customers to support the sales process and customer.

4. Collaborate with corporate office to execute company communications.

5. C oordinate internal communications, as needed.

6. Manage, coach, mentor and develop creative services individual on marketing communications team. 7. Manage spend and external vendors.

8. Coordinate video projects and collaborate with outside vendors to plan and execute, as needed.

9. Develop metrics and track performance for key initiatives, with an eye for continuous improvement.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by Marketing Communications team.

Education/Certification Level

Required: Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience Required:

At least two years of related experience.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Microsoft Office Suite.

2. Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal; solid storytelling, writing, and copy-editing skills.

3. Ability to solve problems with cross functional teams.

4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion.

5. Ability to handle the stress of working with others.

6. Availability outside of normal business hours.

7. Knowledgeable and experienced with social media platforms and marketing analytics platforms.

8. Demonstrated work ethic and initiative, energetic and a self-starter.

9. Knowledgeable and experienced with social media platforms and marketing analytics platforms

10. Familiarity with CRMs and email automation platforms.

Travel Requirements:

Travel up to 10% to support trade shows, customer visits and plant visits.
