Local car dealership is looking for a receptionist!
Hours will be from 9:30am-6pm Monday to Friday no weekends!
Duties:
As a Receptionist, you are the dealership's front line and first impression
You will professionally and courteously greet and help connect customers by phone or in person with our dealership team to ensure an excellent customer experience
Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Professional attitude and appearance
Maintain Coffee/Beverage Bar
Take inventory of coffee and water supplies, send an email for supply order
Perform and assist the Business Office staff on as needed basis
Technical Expertise: Capably manage telephone switchboards to handle customer calls and enter basic customer demographic information into the sales control system as required, hands on experience with office equipment (printers, faxes and computers
Requirements
Must have recent office experience working in an office setting or car dealership background
Excellent communications skills
