Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join a leading title company in Century City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our organization.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs.

  • Handle tax filings and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Collaborate with external accountants and auditors during audits and tax preparation.

  • Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
