One of our clients in the Construction industry has an opening for an 3D Architect/Interior Designer. They are seeking someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and is looking for a fun creative opportunity.
We're looking for a talented 3D Designer with expertise in modern design and experience in the construction industry to create visually stunning 3D models for our projects. The ideal candidate must also be willing to meet with clients outside the office as needed.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed 3D models and renderings using Rhinoceros 3D, CAD, Grasshopper, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, and Bluebeam.
Collaborate with the design team to visualize concepts and create impactful prototypes for client presentations.
Occasionally meet with clients to discuss design concepts and gather project requirements
Skills Required
Proficient in Rhinoceros 3D, CAD, Grasshopper, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, and Bluebeam.
Strong understanding of modern design and system design principles.
Ability to translate concepts into precise 3D models.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
Bachelor's Architectural & Design degree is required
