Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts between 6:00AM-7:00PM
$17.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students through outbound calls, emails, and chat, answering questions about programs, admissions requirements, and campus resources.
Receive inbound calls and assist students by walking them through financial estimates via screen sharing.
Provide information to students and families regarding financial aid programs, scholarships, grants, and loans.
Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions and admissions metrics in the CRM system.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., admissions, registrar) to ensure smooth coordination of services.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
