ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of programs for our government clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Overseeing programs and activities aligned with the organization's mission and strategic goals.
Developing new programs to support organizational objectives and managing long-term project goals.
Managing and supervising employees across various labor categories and skill sets, ensuring the project operates within the defined scope and size.
Demonstrating experience in managing programs within a Federal Information Technology (IT) environment.
Communicating effectively in both oral and written forms with all levels of staff and clients, ensuring clear, consistent communication.
Ensuring compliance with Federal security requirements relevant to the subject matter expertise.
Leading efforts within a large, complex Information Technology environment similar in size and scope to the requirements of this contract.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
At least 10 years of experience managing military community support programs.
Strong experience managing complex Federal IT environments.
Certifications: Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance required.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, program management skills, and experience with military support programs in an IT environment.
