The Production Associate Cleanroom for Cytiva is responsible for working with leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency; complying with company safety and quality policies,
concessions/deviations, ESD, calibration, preventative maintenance, material identification and segregation, and Good Documentation Practices; completing all planned quality and compliance trainings within the defined deadlines; participating in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams; and other duties as assigned.
This position is part of the Cleanroom department located in Westborough, MA and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
Follow work procedures and schematics and receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Perform manufacturing assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
Maintain daily production output.
Who you are:
High School Diploma or local equivalent.
Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Must be able to work in a standing position for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Knowledge and understanding of production process, work instructions, documentation configuration control, non-conforming & rework documentation requirements.
