The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.




Holman is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA or Mt. Laurel, NJ!




Total Target Compensation- up to $30/hr (combines hourly and commission)




Hours: 7:30a-4p PST




This is a hybrid position ( Monday and Friday remote work and T, W and Th will be in onsite office)




Customer Service Representatives will:



  • Answer high volume of inbound calls professionally and warmly.

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.

  • Process orders, verify account information and answer questions in a professional and timely manner over the phone.

  • Become extremely familiar with and knowledgeable about the product line.

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information through research and familiarity with products.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

  • Focus on customer engagement and customer satisfaction by going the extra mile

  • Foster and build the relationship to further develop company success specifically within their assigned client base.

  • Work to refine administrative functions to help ensure that clients are retained, satisfied, and that their needs are consistently understood/analyzed and fulfilled.

  • Assist in identifying customers at risk and work with CSR Manager and Regional Sales to establish plans and corrective actions to ensure the risk at the customer level is removed.

  • Provide support for the sales team on sales communication and/or presentations to customers.

  • Participate in all Holman initiatives (PIA, United Way & other local Community Events)

  • Monitor location activities and assist with problems as necessary.




Education and/or Training:



  • 3+ years Customer Service/Sales experience, preferably in an Automotive or manufacturing environment required.

  • Demonstrated expertise in time management and organizational skills.

  • Proven data entry proficiency.

  • Customer Service Team members hold the responsibility of the day to day interaction within their assigned customer territories. They will work closely with the Customer Service Team Manager and Regional Sales to establish and maintain client accounts, achieve revenue growth, and help to grow Holman Market share and meet profit objectives.

Pay:



We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $23.57 - $34.18 USD per hour.
