Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (and as needed)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan, coordinate, design, implement, and evaluate corporate training programs aligned with the objectives and strategy of the company.

2. Collaborate with functional management teams to assess training and development needs and effectiveness of current programs.

3. Develop a program delivery schedule based on demands and schedules of learners.

4. Evaluate, recommend, and manage training delivery systems (LMS, in-person, and virtual).

5. Recommend and approve job aids, manuals, checklists, and tools used in the training and development of employees.

6. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to provide outside training programs and resources.

7. Create functional training strategies and objectives.

8. Support succession and workforce planning.

9. Provide oversight to company interns.

10. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Possess and display Coastal Beverage Company’s Core Values at all times:

2. Possess education equivalent to bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of adult education experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3. Possess a proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

4. Possess proficiency in e-Learning software, LMS, and web-based systems.

5. Possess demonstrated problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

6. Possess the ability to understand the needs of the employees and balance company objectives.

7. Possess the ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

8. Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual in-person attendance.

9. Possess ability to drive, valid driver’s license, and a driving record compliant with company standards.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the functions of this job, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
