About the group (SD): All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.

Role mission

You will be leading a very important program - TA Transformation (TA Redesign) Team. At the heart of our work is innovation. We strive to deploy cutting-edge tools globally, ensuring that our recruitment process remains at the forefront of industry standards. Take iCIMS, for example, our powerful Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that spans 47 countries. With robust capabilities in social sourcing and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), iCIMS helps us identify and engage top talent. Meanwhile, Service Now, our preboarding and onboarding tool, is currently live in 20 countries, with plans to expand its deployment further to 110 countries worldwide. Our team is committed to driving continuous improvement through various initiatives.

We focus on:


  • Complete end to end ownership of recruitment, preboarding, onboarding & offboarding

  • Deeply involved in RUN Mode jira's and enhancements and also ensuring the MTTR is within targets,

  • Solutioning and enhancing platform features in iCIMS and Service Now to improve user experience.

  • Redesigning preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding experiences with Service Now.

  • Deploying iCIMS as the global recruitment tool across all countries

Main responsibilities


  • Leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects

  • Define, shape and drive product and technology roadmap, create clarity to guide plans and drive success.

  • Meet business objectives by successfully designing, implementing and guiding programs to completion.

  • Overseeing project leads and the project teams.

  • Deep understanding of the Agile methodology

  • Creating fast and effective solutions when issues arise.

  • Communicating effectively to end users

  • Documenting all aspects of work and presenting progress to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage relationships at all org levels..

  • Finance and Budgeting experience for large projects/programs


Skills and experience

Education and experience


  • 10+ years over all experience in IT industry

  • MBA in Information technology preferred

  • 5 years of previous experience as a project manager for large scale IT programs (HR domain preferred)

  • A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies

  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project or equivalent

  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, across functions and organizational layers

  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view

  • Team management and creating a high functioning team with motivated team members

  • An aptitude for budgeting, scheduling and assigning tasks

  • Decision-making and prioritization skills, conflict resolution, community building, and follow through
