Overview
In this position you will be the catalyst for executing sourcing strategies in partnership with our hiring leaders. You are a Nevro brand ambassador, and a key voice on the TA team helping drive quality hiring decisions. This is a high impact role, working with and across the entire organization.
Responsibilities:
Guides the development and execution for current and future sourcing strategies for all levels of hiring
Identifies new sources of talent and proactively moves strategies forward
Provides market guidance and recommendations to hiring managers
Collaborates effectively with TA/HR partners to help drive projects
Creates and shares social content on appropriate channels, and proactively posts positions to applicable job boards
Ensures an outstanding candidate experience through consistent communication
Enhances capabilities of applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sourcing tools to proactively lead talent sourcing and pipelining efforts for current or future needs based
Builds trust with new leaders as a talent advisor and recognized as a strategic partner

Responsibilities
Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 1 year and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
Prior experience as a dedicated Sourcer, TA partner, search firm client manager, or similar professional experience
Work experience in a full cycle recruiting environment highly preferred (sourcing, assessment, scheduling, offer, onboarding)
Commercial Sales experience required
Global Recruitment Support preferred (UK, DACH, AUS, NZ)
Potential travel to HQ (Redwood City, CA)
Full time Temporary role with potential to convert to FT benefited in 2025

LinkedIn Recruiter user experience with a successful track record of converting passive talent to successful hires
Business Partner capabilities in a high performance work environment
Medical device knowledge in the Class 2 or 3 space highly preferred
Ability to develop sourcing strategies and plan out execution
