Role Title: Project Manager



Duration: 3+ month contract



Work Location: Remote



Description:




Project Planning and Execution: Lead the discovery and design phases for a website factory project.



Team and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with OA and other project team members, and key client stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and project goals. Remove roadblocks and drive progress. Facilitate team workflow through regular touch bases (e.g., daily standups, weekly status updates to project sponsors).



Manage Audit: Oversee two to three website auditors/assessors evaluating a library of over 500 sites. Ensure speed and quality of audit output.



Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance, addressing issues related to technical complexity, customization, and speed to market. Report on project status weekly using pre-approved OA tools.



Optimization: Explore opportunities to optimize site creation through workflows and automations. Support OA leaders in authoring a process/workflow and governance model for the sites.



Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing complex digital projects


• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Smartsheet, Excel, PowerBI


• Technical Skills: Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager and web technologies like microservices and APIs


• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects


• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges, resilience, and ability to pivot/change when the project demands


• PMP certification
