Job Description:

Location: Burlington, VT

Salary: $70.00 CAD Hourly - $75.00 CAD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a CCaaS Business Architect





Travel: Up to 25%


12 month contract




Onsite in Montreal, Canada




Rate: Negotiable



You'll help clients optimize their customer experience and increase operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include requirements gathering, leading demos, project management, and mentoring others on best practices. You'll also maintain knowledge of current and emerging CCaaS solutions, identify gaps in proposed solutions, and develop options.



Qualifications:



5-10 years of experience as a CCaaS Business Architect


Experience with functional call flows and CCaaS testing


Hands-on experience with Nice CXone or similar platforms


VUI design experience


Six Sigma process management experience


Strong analytical, business process modeling, and user design skills


Experience as a client consultant with strong communication skills


Proven project management skills


Fluency in Canadian French / Québécois French


Willingness to work onsite or travel as needed


CRM platform experience is a plus


Experience in planning, authoring, and giving customer presentations.
