Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager III
Overseeing Delivery Operations:
Planning and Scheduling: Strategically organizing delivery routes, schedules, and resources to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
Coordinating Deliveries: Overseeing the entire delivery process, from pick-up to final drop-off, ensuring all goods arrive on time and in good condition.
Tracking and Monitoring: Utilizing technology and logistics systems to track shipments in real-time, proactively addressing any potential issues.
Managing Delivery Teams: Leading and motivating a team of drivers and delivery personnel, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
Customer Satisfaction:
Communication: Maintaining clear and open communication with customers, providing updates and proactively resolving any concerns.
Issue Resolution: Swiftly addressing any delivery-related problems or customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
