Job Summary
As a Systems Administrator RLH Fire Protection, Inc. you must be a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about technology and is driven to improve efficiency. Our team members enjoy working with people and excel at problem solving. You will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining company's modern IT infrastructure.

Essential Duties
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the companys computer networks, servers, and systems to ensure optimal performance Conduct regular system updates and upgrades. Implement and manage security protocols to protect company data and systems from cyber threats and unauthorized access. Conduct routine security audits and risk assessments. Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues. Manage software licenses and subscriptions, ensuring compliance and cost effectiveness. Procure and manage IT Hardware and equipment, including computers, servers, and networking devices. Visit desk locations in indoor office settings and warehouses. Various other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Strong technical expertise in computer systems, networks, and IT security. Problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Diligent attention to detail, ethics, and confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of construction industry IT requirements is advantageous. CISSP, Microsoft, Security, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Job Requirements
Valid Drivers License. Ability to follow precise directions. Effective communicating and teamwork skills Ability to work in a team environment.
Related Experience
5+ years of IT experience Proficiency with some of the following technologies: Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, SAML/SCIM Provisioning, AutoPilot, Windows Server 2022, PowerShell, PowerApps, Android/iOS and MDM, etc.
Safety/Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Mostly sedentary position Some standing and walking required

Education
Highschool diploma or equivalent Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Preferred)
